Refund Policy

At Trust Law Associates (TLA), we are committed to maintaining complete transparency in all our professional dealings. Our team dedicates substantial time, skill, and resources to each client matter from the moment a service is initiated. Therefore, we follow a strict No Refund Policy for all payments made toward our legal and consultancy services. 

1. Non-Refundable Nature of Legal Services

Once a payment has been made to Trust Law Associates for any service—whether consultation, document drafting, representation, or legal advisory—it is deemed final and non-refundable.
Legal services involve the immediate allocation of professional time, administrative effort, and confidential strategy planning, which cannot be reversed or reused once commenced.

Even if:

  • The client chooses to withdraw or discontinue the services; or
  • The desired outcome is not achieved; or
  • There is a change in personal, financial, or other circumstances—
    no refund, credit, or adjustment shall be issued under any condition.

2. Early Termination by Client

If a client unilaterally terminates the engagement before the completion of the agreed service, any remaining portion of the service period or unused benefit will be forfeited.
Payments once made will not be carried forward, transferred, or credited toward future services.

3. Payment Errors and Duplicate Transactions

In exceptional cases where a duplicate payment or technical transaction error occurs, the client must notify us immediately at info@trustlawassociates.com along with relevant payment details.
Upon verification, the excess amount (if any) will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
This provision applies strictly to billing or payment errors—not to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or service discontinuation.

4. Professional Fee and Service Scope

All payments to Trust Law Associates are made in consideration of the professional time, expertise, and resources devoted to a matter.
Fees are charged for professional effort and legal consultation, not for any guaranteed outcome or result, since legal matters are inherently dependent on various external factors beyond our control.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of a dispute regarding payment or service terms, clients are encouraged to first reach out to our support team. Trust Law Associates aims to resolve such matters amicably through dialogue and mutual understanding before considering any formal legal remedy.
